 Overview
An area between Caldwell and Marsing called Sunnyslope has an ideal climate for producing wine grapes, apples, peaches, plums and other fruit. Two major producers in the area are Symms Fruit Ranch and the Ste. Chapelle Vineyard, which produces 150,000 cases of wine a year. The Ste. Chapelle tasting room is open Monday-Saturday.
