Overview
The Gem County Historical Museum is a five-building complex including a little red one-room schoolhouse, a blacksmith shop and a Victorian cottage with artifacts from Frank Hunt , Idaho's 5th governor (1901-1903). Displays interpreting pioneer days in the area include full-size displays of a general store, parlor, laundry room and a medical office. A special display honors veterans.
