Overview The southern Hells Canyon area is the most easily accessible area by all types of visitor groups. From here it gets better yet - not only are you already in Hells Canyon, but you can travel into the wild sections of Hells Canyon by jet boat or raft. Different types of tours have been designed for anyone from grandmas and babies to the more adventurous visitor. Trips range from two to six hours and can include lunch and visits to historic homesteads in the canyon. The fishery is among the most diverse of any river stretch in Idaho.
