Overview Kirkham Hot Springs is nestled on the South Fork of the Payette River below a highway campground. Cross the bridge to Kirkham Campground and park at the west end. There is a short path that takes you down to the river. The springs are visible from the highway and are frequently filled with bodies. There are rock and sand pools with various steamy showers awaiting you. The campground nearby is usually full in the summer months so congestion is frequently high at that time. A very popular soak.
