 Overview
Nampa is a bustling city located approximately 20 minutes west of Boise. The area has over 80,000 residents and hosts abundant activities and events. The Nampa Civic Center, Idaho Center and Northwest Nazarene University's Brandt Center host a variety of events. The Nampa Civic Center Performing Arts Series, Jr. Jammer Fiddlers and the Starlight Mountain Theater perform at the Nampa Civic Center. The Snake River Stampede, one of United States' premier rodeos, host their events at the Idaho Center. Nampa has numerous outdoor activities as well. Centennial Golf Course and Ridgecrest Golf Course are popular links, and Lake Lowell Game Refuge and Recreational Park is great for boating and fishing.
