Overview
New Plymouth is a small horseshoe-shaped town that lies south of Payette. Horseshoe Days, an annual event celebrating New Plymouth, occurs during July and the Payette County Fair takes place during the first full week of August every year. Waterwheels that pioneers used for irrigaton can be seen still in use in New Plymouth.
